Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I stayed at the hotel, and it's the perfect spot with amazing views of the Shard and London Bridge. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and they even have a tower bridge view. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent, right next to the Tower of London. However, it was a bit crowded during my stay due to the busy season. The dining experience was good overall, but there were some delays. The facilities provided were convenient and enjoyable.
I found the hotel in a perfect location, just a stone's throw away from the Tower of London. The room was beautifully decorated for my birthday, complete with a thoughtful card and a little gift. The service was top-notch with extremely accommodating staff and a stunning view of Tower Bridge. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired, making me feel rushed, and the lack of some vegetarian dishes was a downside. Despite that, the facilities were great and the location couldn't have been better.
Celebrating my father-in-law's 80th birthday in London couldn't have been better with the amazing rooms offering spectacular views of Tower Bridge and the Thames. The service was top-notch, especially with the thoughtful birthday surprise for my girlfriend. The location was excellent, right next to iconic landmarks like the Tower of London, and the dining experience, although good, left a bit to be desired. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
I was blown away by the amazing rooms at this hotel. With just a touch of a button, everything was spotless, incredibly stylish, and immaculate. The small complementary basket of treats and a carton of milk in the fridge were such thoughtful touches. The service was top-notch, with all staff being very friendly and efficient. The location was superb, offering a large and well-equipped kitchen and a relaxing balcony in the heart of London. The dining experience, although recommended, would have been nicer with more options in the mornings. The fabulous views from the balcony and living areas made my stay truly special.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Borough Market, London Tower, and Tower Bridge. The one-bedroom apartment was fantastic with amazing views. The small complementary treats and carton of milk in the fridge were a nice touch. The service was top-notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. The location is excellent for exploring London's main attractions, and the dining experience was of the highest quality.
I had such a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, modern, and had all the facilities I needed. The view overlooking the Tower of London and the river Thames was just breathtaking. The service was outstanding, with kind and helpful staff. The location was perfect, with easy access to Central London and proximity to top attractions like the Globe Theatre, Borough Markets, and Tate Modern. The dining experience was recommended, offering a five-star breakfast. However, I wished there were more options in the breakfast menu. Overall, a luxurious and comfortable experience!
